Our distillation process is guided by a highly experienced team of craft distillers and mescal experts Every bottle of hand crafted Nayaase is made with quality, consistency, and perfection in mind.
Our mezcal is hand-crafted from agave seed to bottle. Each seed is carefully planted by hand, and we select only the best agave to harvest. Our distillers have perfected the art of mezcal and passed along recipes that have stood the test of time.
After we harvest the agave and cut away the leaves, we bake the pina for 3-4 days in a conical stone fire pit before they’re ground up to remove some of the smoky flavor. What’s left is a unique, smooth taste unlike any other mezcal.
